This is Coral Flow, one of my latest flow glass sculptures.
I recently finished Chasm, one of my flow pieces. It is a cast glass sculpture mounted on a metal stand.
Two of my glass sculptures are currently on display at the annual Durham Art Guild juried show in downtown Durham, NC. The gallery is located at 120 Morris Street in the Durham Arts Council building. Please stop by and see the show if you’re in the Durham area! The exhibit is free to the public until Sunday, November 9th, 2013.
I’m also honored to be one of the craft artists profiled in the documentary photography exhibit “A View to the Making: Portraits of North Carolina Craft Artists at Work” by photographer, Michael Schwalbe. This exhibit can be viewed in the Semans Gallery, located on the upper floor of the Durham Arts Council building.
Welcome to the new Vitreous Humor website and blog! I will be updating this website on a regular basis with photos of my new fused glass and cast sculpture pieces. This blog will also have a schedule of my open house shows, juried art shows, and other exhibitions.
